Silvano is a respected industry veteran known by many for his proven track record as an Executive Chef for restaurants under the Spectrum Restaurant Group, as well as Grappa, Tocaya Organica, Miller’s Field, Breakfast Republic, and Viejas Casino food & beverage. Silvano has an impeccable reputation of growing restaurants nationwide and creating exciting culinary programs. As Executive Chef and General Manager, he will oversee operations and chef services, assisting us with our expansion in to other markets as we grow the Breakfast Bitch brand. Silvano’s background combined with his dynamic personality fit the diverse culture we encourage at Breakfast Bitch.

Dan successfully manages business development for the bb brand. Based at our San Diego location , Dan scouts potential locations for expansion. He is a the go-to person for all things bb in each market. Dan also trains management teams to ensure we are well aligned in each market.
Chanel started with Breakfast Bitch as a line cook prior to opening in July, 2019. She came to us while finishing culinary school and has quickly grown into a talented chef, creator, and business woman. She has proven her skills, kitchen etiquette and work ethic to all of us at Breakfast Bitch, and is always striving to improve our menu. We support and encourage Chanel in her endeavors as she launches her new tea company “Don’t Spill It,” where she has cultivated the most delicious blends of loose tea combinations . We proudly serve iced and hot “Don’t Spill It” Teas.
Front Of House Manager,
Chances are, if you’ve been to Breakfast Bitch, you know Calvin! We are proud to have Calvin as our Front of House Manager in Phoenix. He has developed new concepts within the concept and taken guest celebrations to a whole new height. Calvin embodies the Breakfast Bitch VIBE, and wholeheartedly celebrates each guest, making sure they have an unforgettable experience. He comes to Breakfast Bitch after growing up in the food and beverage industry, with over 14 years of experience in Arizona, California, and Memphis, TN. Calvin started his career working in his family’s restaurants, and later managed and bartended in the most popular spots in Phoenix. We are honored that Calvin has settled in at BB, and thrilled that he has decided to make Breakfast Bitch his home. His positive energy is contagious, and his genuine consideration of everyone from staff to guest is what helps to set us apart from the rest of the bitches.
If Marissa is ever having a bad day, you'd never know it. There's always a smile on her face and a playful "Hey Bitch!" coming at you. Marissa comes to Breakfast Bitch with nearly 20 years of hospitality experience, including restaurant, bar, and resort management. After working her way through college at Arizona State as a bartender, Marissa fell in love with the industry, and her passion for service and taking part in the guest experience quickly outweighed her college degree. Marissa decided she was going to be a "lifer" in the business and began to pursue her career in restaurant management. We are so blessed to have Marissa as a part of our management team at Breakfast Bitch. Always on her P's and Q's, she brings a maternal aspect to our management team and prides herself in cultivating a positive and safe work environment for our staff.
