Silvano Renteria Hernandez
Silvano is a respected industry veteran known by many for his proven track record as an Executive Chef for restaurants under the Spectrum Restaurant Group, as well as Grappa, Tocaya Organica, Miller’s Field, Breakfast Republic, and Viejas Casino food & beverage. Silvano has an impeccable reputation of growing restaurants nationwide and creating exciting culinary programs. As Executive Chef and General Manager, he will oversee operations and chef services, assisting us with our expansion in to other markets as we grow the Breakfast Bitch brand. Silvano’s background combined with his dynamic personality fit the diverse culture we encourage at Breakfast Bitch.
Chanel started with Breakfast Bitch as a line cook prior to opening in July, 2019. She came to us while finishing culinary school and has quickly grown into a talented chef, creator, and business woman. She has proven her skills, kitchen etiquette and work ethic to all of us at Breakfast Bitch, and is always striving to improve our menu. We support and encourage Chanel in her endeavors as she launches her new tea company “Don’t Spill It,” where she has cultivated the most delicious blends of loose tea combinations . We proudly serve iced and hot “Don’t Spill It” Teas.
Dan is the man on the ground, holding it all together on the floor,. Dan has also grown into his management role at Breakfast Bitch, proving his dedication to the company by going above and beyond and never wavering in our time of crisis. He has been instrumental in our ability to stay open during the pandemic, and has earned his role without a doubt. Dan now manages a full Front of the House staff, and assists Silvano with Food and Labor costing, manages P&L for his location, and overall day to day operations. We will count on Dan to help us open our next locations, and train house management and staff, as well as take on an additional San Diego location.
Restaurant Assistant Manager,
Chloe has been with us at Breakfast Bitch since our opening. She came to us with vast restaurant and bar experience, including managing bars in the Hillcrest community. Chole always has a smile on her face, and a new drink concoction to offer up! We are happy to announce that she will be Dan’s assistant manager at the Hillcrest location, and encourage everyone to stop in and find Chloe on the floor (usually behind the bar) to say hello and let her brighten your day!
